Terrence D. Campbell is the Lead Trainer and Founder of OnGrowing. He has a passion to see people move forward. He is a lover of knowledge and an avid reader, particularly about topics such as leadership, personal growth, relationships and personal finance.

Terrence has a deep conviction about the importance of collaboration and the invaluable worth of diversity. In fact, one of his favorite quotes is by Mother Teresa which states, “I can do what you cannot do. You can do what I cannot do. Together, we can do great things.”

For over 13 years, Terrence has been sharpening his training skills. He discovered his passion for training and facilitation while working for Enterprise Rent-a-car in the management training program. Through trial and error, along with a commitment to be promoted, he learned how to achieve predictable results in sales and customer service. More importantly, he was successful at teaching others how to do the same. Consequently, he earned a position as one of the training managers with the company. Since then, he continues on-growing pursuit to learn, teach and train.

He pastors a great church called Growing Faith. He has one wife, Cindi, no children (yet). She is not just his high school sweetheart, but the love of his life. They both enjoy spending time with family, traveling and hanging out with friends.
